who has purchased SOUND SAMPLES. All samples are the property of Drumsoundz.com and are licensed for the sole purpose of use in a live or recorded work.
The SOUND SAMPLES may not be transferred, copied, or duplicated by itself, either in whole or in part except for backup and archiving purposes only.
Said SOUND SAMPLES may not be resold, licensed, leased or in any way distributed in any form whatsoever outside of a creative work.
